Senior Project Manager

• Build strong relationships with clients to support measurable and impactful working relationships • Serve as a key point of contact for project stakeholders, supporting the consulting team in communications with the client • Ensure on-time, on-budget, and in-scope delivery of defined projects that deliver a high degree of client value and satisfaction • Understand each client's business, goals and priorities, translating strategic plans into actionable project plans, tasks and timelines for the delivery team • Work with consulting teams to ensure successful deliverables and outcomes are attained and that project value and impact are effectively tracked • Assist in the coordination of high-impact meetings, developing detailed agendas and tracking action items and next steps • Facilitate effective meetings focused on outcomes • Participate in discussions and ensure action items are identified, tracked and completed • Partner with consultant teams to identify and present new client growth opportunities through the sales cycle • Responsible for risk mitigation on all assigned projects: Identified risks and mitigation strategies and escalate as appropriate • Act as the central traffic and resource coordinator for assigned clients, managing workflows, project plans and team assignments to ensure all commitments are delivered by their assigned dates • Develop and maintain accurate resource projections and capacity plans, proactively identifying the need for an increase of decrease in assigned resources to maintain delivery excellence • Effectively lead project ceremonies, including resource planning, prioritization, stand-ups and retrospectives and deliverable reviews to ensure quality and timeliness • Manage and prioritize any project backlog in collaboration with consulting leads to ensure work aligns with client objectives and team capacity • Identify, track, communicate and mitigate project risks, particularly those related to resource constraints, dependencies, timelines and cost overruns • Help ensure the highest level of quality for all project deliverables by coordinating and managing quality assurance checks and review cycles • Responsible for creating and maintaining clear project documentation, including project plans, resource forecasts, issue and task logs and status reports

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years experience directly interacting with B2B external clients
  • PMP certification required or in-progress
  • 5+ years of project management experience within the consulting industry
  • Familiarity with digital experience disciplines such as Analytics, MarTech, CX Strategy, Experimentation, or Tag Management
  • Proven success delivering projects in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Experience in resource planning, forecasting, and multi-team coordination
  • Strong critical thinking, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and executive presence, with the ability to translate complex or technical information into clear plans
  • Deep experience with Confluence/JIRA (or similar tools like Asana, Monday, ClickUp)
  • Experience with Microsoft Project or similar PM tools
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote consulting environment
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • Will require additional background checks for work with government clients
