• Design features and workflows for complex, data-rich B2B SaaS products • AI-native design -- integrating AI across discovery, prototyping, and delivery to accelerate iteration and scale impact across squads • Partner with Product Managers to translate requirements into intuitive UX solutions • Contribute to improving consistency across products by applying shared patterns and standards • Support the evolution of the design system through contributions and feedback • Conduct research using product analytics (e.g., Pendo) and customer feedback • Collaborate with Engineering teams, including offshore partners in India, to deliver high-quality designs • Present design work and rationale to product leadership and customers

• Define the end-to-end design strategy for the Foundations pillar, including supplier onboarding, identity, profiles, navigation, and shared platform capabilities. Translate business goals and platform constraints into a clear, long-term vision that connects Grow, Transact, and the broader Coupa product ecosystem. • Lead the design of foundational, cross-product experiences that enable suppliers to move seamlessly across Coupa. Ensure that core systems and workflows feel coherent, trustworthy, and easy to use, even as complexity scales behind the scenes. • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations leaders to shape platform roadmaps, define shared requirements, and make thoughtful tradeoffs. Advocate for supplier clarity and consistency while balancing technical and organizational constraints. • Help define how AI supports foundational supplier experiences, from guided onboarding and profile intelligence to proactive recommendations that help suppliers discover and access the right Coupa capabilities at the right time. • Produce high-quality flows, components, prototypes, interaction specifications, and end-to-end service experience maps that align teams on how the supplier platform works. Set a high bar for craft, clarity, and scalability through your own work. • Lead and collaborate on research with a global range of suppliers to understand onboarding challenges, trust signals, and cross-product friction. Translate insights into platform-level improvements that benefit the entire supplier experience. • Work closely with the Design Systems team to evolve shared patterns, components, and platform conventions. Ensure foundational experiences scale across web and mobile and remain consistent across Grow, Transact, and other Coupa products.

• Own the Journey: Design and improve key growth surfaces like landing pages, onboarding, pricing, checkout, and upgrade flows. • Connect the Experience: Make the end-to-end journey feel seamless across marketing and in-product touchpoints. • Lead GTM Design: Support go-to-market efforts across the website, lifecycle (email, in-app), and feature launches. • Drive Experimentation: Work with Product and Growth to shape hypotheses, run A/B tests, and iterate based on what you learn. • Prototype to Learn: Quickly bring ideas to life to test, validate, and move faster with more confidence. • Improve Conversion: Use data and research to spot friction, refine flows, and move key metrics. • Raise the Bar: Push the quality of visual, interaction, and motion design across everything you touch.

• Own design for features across B2B and B2C surfaces - framing problems, designing solutions, and shipping polished work with PM and engineering. • Translate workflows and data into intuitive, accessible flows. • Build prototypes, run user interviews and usability tests, and use both qualitative and quantitative insights to guide iteration. • Use AI-enhanced tools to move faster and go deeper, for research synthesis, ideation, or prototype generation. • Contribute to our design system and reusable patterns, balancing brand differentiation with platform consistency across our brands.
