• Design features and workflows for complex, data-rich B2B SaaS products • AI-native design -- integrating AI across discovery, prototyping, and delivery to accelerate iteration and scale impact across squads • Partner with Product Managers to translate requirements into intuitive UX solutions • Contribute to improving consistency across products by applying shared patterns and standards • Support the evolution of the design system through contributions and feedback • Conduct research using product analytics (e.g., Pendo) and customer feedback • Collaborate with Engineering teams, including offshore partners in India, to deliver high-quality designs • Present design work and rationale to product leadership and customers

• Serve as a strategic thought partner to the executive team • Deliver data-driven analyses that inform key decisions • Build and maintain complex financial models • Support M&A evaluation and integration activities • Operationalize analytical insights into repeatable processes • Partner with the CFO and COO to prepare board-ready materials • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering • Work closely with the FP&A team to ensure strategic analyses are grounded in consistent financial data
