Role Description The Senior Service Delivery Project Manager is responsible for driving end-to-end service delivery execution across Gigapower markets. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery plans are executed efficiently, risks are proactively addressed, and continuous improvement is embedded into planning and construction operations. Key Responsibilities - Facilitate Gigapower service delivery by leading recurring launch and execution calls across markets. - Obtain and validate progress updates on current month delivery, identifying risks to plan. - Ask probing, data-driven questions to surface issues, dependencies, and roadblocks early. - Engage market and functional teams to share best practices and drive consistent execution across markets. - Trigger escalation support when delivery issues require executive or cross-functional intervention. - Facilitate communication and alignment between planning, construction, engineering, and supporting teams. - Drive structured problem-solving and recovery sessions to address delivery gaps and improve outcomes. - Prepare and present materials related to plan-of-execution performance, delivery accuracy, and forecast confidence for executive leadership. - Conduct Lessons Learned sessions to capture improvement opportunities and streamline processes. - Evaluate project schedules to ensure accuracy, feasibility, and alignment to delivery commitments. - Identify, analyze, and quantify impacts to construction velocity caused by municipal constraints or throttling. - Develop, define, and lead new projects and programs to improve Gigapower planning and construction processes and delivery pace. - Support and lead the rollout and adoption of new processes, tools, and programs across markets. - Mentor and coach market Project Managers and delivery personnel to improve quality, execution consistency, and cycle time. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. - 8+ years of experience in project management, service delivery, construction, or infrastructure programs. - Strong understanding of large-scale infrastructure planning and construction environments. - Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and driving execution in complex operating environments. - Proven ability to analyze schedules, performance data, and delivery metrics to inform decisions. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to drive structured issue resolution. - Experience mentoring and developing project management talent preferred. Requirements - Advanced Excel mastery (pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query, data validation, charting) to analyze schedules, performance, and delivery metrics. - Superb organizational skills to manage multiple markets, recurring cadences, stakeholder inputs, and competing priorities. - Strong program/project management skills (planning, execution, scope control, dependency management, and delivery governance). - Schedule and forecast analysis skills, including critical path thinking and feasibility/commitment assessments. - Risk and issue management skills, with disciplined escalation and recovery planning. - Data-driven problem-solving: ability to ask probing questions, identify root causes, quantify impacts, and drive structured resolution sessions. - Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management across planning, construction, engineering, and operations. - Executive-ready communication and presentation skills (clear storylining, concise materials, and confident delivery to leadership). - Process improvement and change management skills to design, roll out, and drive adoption of new tools and ways of working.

Role Description We are looking for a Delivery Manager to join our team.
