Role Description The Project /Program Manager is responsible for the coordination and completion of projects within budget, scope, and schedule requirements. Projects will vary across multiple areas of the Manufacturing BU, including: - New product development - Product upgrades - Quality improvements - Cost-out initiatives - Efficiency improvements The Project Manager (PM) will typically manage multiple projects and collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document project goals and KPI’s/metrics, reporting on the status of the projects periodically. The PM will also lead the identification and mitigation of risks, working as part of a cohesive team to design and deliver innovative products and services that exceed customers’ expectations. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field, or 5+ years of relevant work experience in product development and/or manufacturing environment. - Current PMP Certification or prepared to actively pursue. - 3+ years demonstrated Project Management ability in a manufacturing or construction industry. - Knowledge of ERP (IFS or SAP preferred) and CAD systems (AutoCad preferred). - Very strong organizational and communication skills. - Ability to solve difficult coordination problems and provide structure to situations where only limited (or conflicting) information exists. - Strong computer software skills, especially Microsoft Office, Project, Word, and Excel. - Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and should not require now, or in the future, sponsorship for employment visa sponsorship.
