Qualifications - 3–5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Revenue Operations, Channel Operations, or Sales Operations roles. - Experience working in a B2B SaaS or recurring revenue environment, preferably within a channel or partner-led GTM model. - Proven track record supporting forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting in a sales or partner organization. - Hands-on experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and reporting/BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker). - Experience supporting cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Marketing, and RevOps. - Demonstrated ability to manage and improve data quality, reporting accuracy, and operational processes. - Experience working in global or matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders and regions is a plus. - Experience contributing to or supporting the rollout of operating frameworks, governance models, or process standardization initiatives. - Exposure to partner ecosystems (resellers, MSPs, alliances) and partner lifecycle metrics (activation, productivity, retention). Requirements - £52,000 - £64,000 a year. - The above salary range represents Smarsh's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible base compensation at the time of posting. - Any applicable bonus programs will be discussed during the recruiting process. - The salary for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, location, specialty and training. - Local cost of living assessments are done for each new hire at the time of offer.
