WM
• Directs all aspects of a service area within an assigned vertical line of business "LOB." • Responsible for management of operating units' profit and loss, budgeting, day-to-day operations, ISO programs and service execution. • Develops bids and quotes for new projects, implementation of identified projects • Analyzes and reports financials, collects customer payments, ensures customer satisfaction. • Oversees Project Manager’s development of a safe work environment that complies with health, safety and environmental regulations. • Manages customer service issues and identifies potential contract/service enhancements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Environmental Sciences, Accounting, Business or related field, or in lieu of degree
- High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant work experience.
- 7 years of relevant work experience in project/business work within the environmental or industrial services industry (in addition to education requirement).
- RCRA and DOT regulatory compliance experience required
- OSHA 24-Hour HAZWOPER Certification required

This position is remote, with candidates located in the Austin, TX area having the option to work remotely or in person at our Austin office. The position serves as a vital liaison between patients, primary care providers (PCPs), and the clinical team to facilitate timely care and avoid delays in treatment. - Verify that all new patients with HMO plans have valid referrals from their primary care physicians for the scheduled provider prior to appointments. - Monitor upcoming appointments to ensure referral requirements are met in advance of the visit. - Track follow-up visits and proactively request additional referrals or visit authorizations as needed. - Contact patients to obtain primary care provider information, including provider name, contact details, and insurance-related information. - Educate patients on referral requirements and instruct them to contact their PCPs when necessary. - Communicate with primary care offices to request, obtain, and follow up on referral documentation. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of referral status in the electronic medical record (EMR) system. - Work closely with scheduling and clinical staff to prevent appointment delays or cancellations due to missing referrals. - Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and organizational policies related to referrals and authorizations. - Resolve issues related to missing or incomplete referrals in a timely and professional manner. - Perform other duties as assigned to support the mission, values, and strategies of CPIhealth. Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or healthcare-related certification preferred. - Previous experience in a medical office, insurance verification, or referral coordination preferred. - Knowledge of HMO insurance plans, referral processes, and basic medical terminology. - Strong communication and customer service skills. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency with EMR systems and standard office software.
