Motriz

• Structure and improve workflows and processes related to managing the area’s solutions portfolio, ensuring organization, traceability and operational efficiency • Support the design and evolution of methodologies, products and educational solutions, with a focus on scalability and sustainability • Manage the supplier portfolio, monitoring deliveries, ensuring quality and contributing to the technical alignment of solutions • Map opportunities to use technologies (including AI tools) to optimize processes, support analyses and enhance products and deliverables • Analyze data and evidence to inform decisions on development, prioritization and improvement of solutions • Support the development of instruments, materials and tools that underpin implementation of solutions in the field • Monitor the progress of projects and initiatives, tracking deadlines, risks and outcomes • Coordinate with different areas of the organization to ensure coherence between design, development and implementation of solutions • Systematize learnings, organize information and contribute to continuous improvement of the area’s processes and products • Keep up with trends in education, innovation and technology, contributing insights for the development of new solutions

Job Requirements

  • Experience in project, process or product management (in the nonprofit sector, public sector or private sector, preferably in education)
  • Experience organizing workflows, tracking deliverables and managing multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Experience using data analysis to support decision-making
  • Familiarity with digital tools and an interest in applying technologies (including AI) to the management and development of solutions
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across different audiences and departments
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and follow up on activities autonomously
  • Interest in education, public policy and innovation
  • Degree in fields such as Education, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, Public Management or related areas
  • Previous experience managing vendors and partners
  • Experience designing or improving methodologies, products or solutions
  • Knowledge of project management and process organization tools
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., advanced Excel/Sheets, BI)
  • Experience or interest in practical use of AI tools (e.g., task automation, support for analysis, information organization, etc.)
  • Structured thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proactivity, curiosity and willingness to learn and test new approaches
  • Interest in educational equity and social impact topics

Role Description We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. In this role, you won't just "track spend" - you will act as a strategic financial operations (FinOps) partner to our Engineering and Product organizations. You’ll help bridge the gap between technical roadmaps and financial outcomes, ensuring our product innovation - from core platform features to AI-driven capabilities is built on a foundation of unit-economic efficiency. This role will serve as the primary finance architect for our cloud infrastructure and R&D operations. You will partner with senior leaders in Engineering and Product Management to navigate the complexities of multi-cloud environments and high-growth scaling. This role will report to our Senior Manager of FP&A located in our Bellevue, WA office. This role is remote eligible; however, we have a preference for candidates located in the Western United States. The selected candidate may be expected to travel to the office periodically based on business needs.
