Job Title: Web Optimization Manager Location: Hybrid - DC/VA Department: Marketing Reports To: Sr. Marketing Manager Web, SEO & UX Specialist Brief We need someone to lead the ongoing development and optimization of our website. This role will focus on improving site performance, search visibility, and user experience. Working with the demand gen team to ensure our digital presence reflects our position as the Cybersecurity leaders in Cross Domain and Insider Risk solutions. Key Responsibilities - Website & Development Management - Manage external agency developers and backend support to maintain, update, develop and troubleshoot the Everfox website (CMS familiarity required). - Manage website - page updates, redirects, tagging, and performance optimizations. - Reporting on Website performance. - UX & Conversion Improvement - Review site navigation, page layouts, and calls to action to improve user journeys. - Recommend and implement UX enhancements based on data and best practices. - Support content updates and A/B testing to increase engagement and lead generation. - Search Engine Optimization - Conduct keyword research, outline an SEO strategy and coordinate with internal teams to implement. - Optimize on-page SEO, i.e metadata, URLs, content structure, site structure. - Work with product marketing to improve rankings for core product keywords. - Track performance using tools such as Wincher, Google BC, G4, Hubspot What We’re Looking For - Extensive experience in website management, SEO, and UX. - Strong understanding of CMS platforms (wordpress), web analytic tools, CRM platform Hubspot. - Familiarity of Google tools. - Experience collaborating with designers, developers, and marketers to deliver impactful results - Hands on involvement with previous B2B websites (managing and building) - Someone with the ability to improve the experience of our website, whilst also deliver a tangible increase in web conversion What We Offer - A supportive and collaborative team environment - On-the-job training and mentorship - Opportunities to develop in a growing, global organization - Exposure to a variety of B2G/B2B marketing activities A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is: $85,700.00-112,700.00 USD The actual salary offered may vary within the range based on a candidates' unique experience, locale, and business needs.
