Role Description As an IT EPIC Sr. Application Analyst, you will lead the design, build, implementation, and advanced support of our EPIC EHR system, acting as a subject matter expert. Every day you will: - Lead complex requirement analysis - Architect and configure intricate EPIC modules - Develop advanced solutions - Perform comprehensive testing - Mentor junior analysts To be successful, you will possess: - Extensive EPIC module expertise - Advanced analytical skills - A proven ability to lead projects and drive strategic improvements Your responsibilities include: - Designing, building, testing, implementing, and supporting information technology solutions to meet operational and clinical needs - Providing consultation for program design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation - Understanding system options and configurations completely and suggesting the best way to configure and utilize the system - Analyzing, designing, and making recommendations to improve existing systems and/or methods, and providing written, detailed reports - Creating thorough system design and build documentation - Collaborating with other analysts, staff, vendors, and leadership Qualifications - Bachelors in a related field or 4 years of equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's degree, upon hire - Epic Professional Billing certification and/or experience required - 3 years working with systems analysis programming/design required - 5 years of additional relevant experience: application support, implementation required - Development experience with applications in a hospital or medical related industry required - EPIC Certification, within 120 Days required

Coordinate and supervise court operations staff, develop standards and policies, provide training and expertise, and manage case processing and financial control to ensure efficient court administration.

• Provides leadership, guidance, direction & accountability for the performance, regulatory readiness & operational results of large, strategic / diverse disciplines, cross-functional teams, or departments / services over a large functional domain or multiple domains (e.g., regions, service areas or Regional Health Ministries) • Provides advice, guidance & leadership to RHM & Market / Ministry leaders in developing strategies & in the achievement of performance goals • Enables collaboration across & within System Services, Service Areas, RHM & Regions to ensure consistency & integration of strategy & operations • Guides, trains, mentors & monitors colleagues while contributing to the development & implementation of strategic plans • Collaborates in system-wide strategy development & deployment of functional area priorities & initiatives • Implements & drives the financial & operational strategies for the assigned function / service area
