• Drive innovation and product strategy, create/maintain product roadmaps, prioritize features, and define requirements for the digital patient sample collection experience. • Collaborate with SMEs across Natera to identify and plan for operational changes driven by new platform and feature launches. • Partner with the UX designer, engineers and QA to deliver seamless user experiences. • Drive projects from inception and discovery to delivery and post-launch support. • Provide detailed requirements (PRDs, user stories, user flows), prioritize backlogs, participate/facilitate scrum ceremonies. • Define and track KPIs to uncover future product opportunities; analyze relevant data to drive decision-making.
