• Supports the design, development, and performance of the Workday HCM system - Recruiting preferred. • Leads and/or participates in design discussions to define user requirements and translate them to solutions, advising users on best practices and cross functional dependencies. • Builds and maintains custom reports and dashboards for cross functional partners. • Analyzes data flow, processes, and configuration to recommend enhancement that will increase quality and efficiency. • Provides troubleshooting support to employees and HR users in completing transactions and modifying back-end configurations. • Supports the deployment and testing of configuration changes. • Assists in leading Recruiting, Core HCM, Compensation, and Benefits processes (including Advanced Compensation and Open Enrollment).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
- 4+ years of Proficiency in system administration and HR processes
- Minimum of 1-year practical Workday Administration experience supporting Workday HCM
- Relevant experience with Workday Report Writing and Dashboard building
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel
- Demonstrated analytical skills
