Project Planning Engineer

• Prepare materials and presentations, perform analyses, and participate in meetings with stakeholders to monitor the periodic portfolio and the engineering project portfolio • Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with the execution standards of the management's engineering project portfolio, according to the scheduled period • Prepare and/or update information in spreadsheets, KPIs, minutes, and presentations to track the entire engineering project portfolio of the management, according to the period schedule • Attend meetings with discipline leaders and the Planning & Management team coordinator regarding intake of project requests into the management portfolio • Verify with requestors the continued need for project requests included in the portfolio

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • 5 years of experience working on projects for the oil industry and offshore production units; or
  • 4 years of experience working on projects for the oil industry and offshore production units plus a postgraduate degree in a field related to the activity; or
  • 4 years of experience working on projects for the oil industry and offshore production units and PMI certification
  • Advanced English
  • Active CREA (Brazilian Engineering Council) registration
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA in the field (preferred)
  • Experience with FPSO/FPU, brownfield projects, and digital tools (Digital Twin, point cloud) (preferred)
