Director, Demand Generation

Role Description The Director of Demand Generation owns the engine that drives pipeline coverage for the revenue organization. This role involves: - Managing a team to build and run a full-funnel demand engine with AI at its core. - Designing programs that cover all three sales motions: net new platform, installed base expansion, and enterprise. - Partnering with the BDR team to drive outbound pipeline quality. - Running structured experiments and building a learning culture. - Owning channel strategy and budget allocation. - Building and maintaining attribution infrastructure. - Modeling AI adoption for the broader team. Qualifications - Pipeline ownership track record. - AI-first operating mindset. - B2B SaaS background with life sciences advantage. - Team building track record. - Deep fluency with modern demand gen tooling. - Experimentation discipline. - Funnel analytics fluency. - Cross-functional credibility. - Remote-first work habits. Requirements - Minimum of 3 to 5 years of demand generation experience in B2B SaaS. - Direct experience in life sciences, compliance, or regulatory tech is a meaningful advantage.
