Role Description We are looking for a Delivery Manager to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting a learning content production process. - Project planning: Define project scope, milestones, and timelines to ensure timely delivery of content. - Expectation Management: Set realistic expectations for stakeholders regarding project timelines and deliverables, negotiating changes when necessary. - Task Tracking: Plan, assign, and track tasks across all contributors, ensuring alignment, timely execution, and clear communication between functional teams. - Assisting in Setting Up Processes: Assess our current workflows with the Head of Curriculum Team, suggest improvements, and participate in establishing new processes. Guide the team through the change adoption. - Team Alignment: Conduct regular meetings to discuss progress, assign tasks, and address any issues that arise. - Risks Identification: Proactively identify potential risks to project timelines and quality, developing contingency plans to mitigate these risks. - Content Production Tools Ownership: Oversee all tools used in content production: assign and revoke licenses, keep track of usage and tool plans updates, initiate new tools purchases when necessary. - Continuous Improvement and Automation of Processes: Gather feedback from team members and stakeholders to continuously improve and automate processes. Key metrics you’ll be responsible for: - Time-to-Market (how fast do we deliver new content); - Milestone adherence % (difference between planned vs actual dates of content releases); - Production resources utilization % (making sure that team members' load is optimal). Qualifications - 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or Producer. - Experience in managing content production projects, preferably in education. - Mastery of project management methodologies. - Proven experience leading business process automation initiatives, from process analysis and redesign to implementation and optimization. - Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. - Familiarity with tools such as Notion Projects, Jira, and content management systems (CMS). - Fluent English (B2 and higher). Requirements - Nice to have: - Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business Administration, or other related field; professional certifications in PM. - Interest in instructional design and education for adults. - Familiarity with CAT tools for translators, video production tools and software, AI content generation tools. This role is part-time, with hours varying between 20 - 40 per week depending on project demands and scheduling needs.
