Interlead GmbH
• You are the central point of contact for all operational topics and projects that need to be resolved across departments. • You are responsible for managing and optimizing our tools and integrations such as HubSpot, Notion, Zapier, Aircall, and Slack, ensuring seamless integration and usage. • You manage onboarding and offboarding processes, administer access and permissions, and ensure a high level of security across our tool landscape. • You take on operational project management for cross-functional initiatives: from planning and prioritization, through coordination with teams, to implementation, success measurement, and continuous optimization. • You work in a data-driven way, regularly analyzing metrics and processes to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities. • You support technical and strategic special projects—particularly in the area of artificial intelligence (e.g., AI-based telephony, building and optimizing internal "AI agents").
Job Requirements
- You have experience planning, coordinating, and executing projects, including stakeholder management and precise tracking of results.
- You have a strong interest in process automation and AI and ideally already have initial experience with tools such as Zapier, Make, OpenAI, or Claude.
- You are technically inclined, quickly learn new tools, and make decisions based on data and KPIs.
- You take initiative and ownership of problems without relying on instructions.
- You work in an organized and structured manner.
- You keep an overview of complex processes and have a strong understanding of efficient workflows.
