Rebate Admin, Customer Success Partner

Evio

• Manage the day-to-day client facing needs of Evio’s medical rebate administration operations activities. • Ensure rebate programs run smoothly from end to end, while keeping client needs front and center. • Ensure accurate rebate eligibility, invoicing, reconciliation, and reporting while maintaining compliance with contractual terms and regulatory requirements. • Resolve issues and improve processes to drive accuracy, transparency, and financial outcomes. • Report to Evio's Pharmaceutical Contracts Operations Lead.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, healthcare administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, with direct experience in:
  • Rebates (medical or pharmacy benefit)
  • Client account management and/or client success support role
  • Strong understanding of rebate processes, contract language, and financial reconciliation
  • Advanced Excel/data analysis skills; experience with large datasets
  • Ability to manage complex workflows, deadlines, and cross-functional stakeholders.
