Role Description Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results driven and forward-thinking Regional Pricing Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for executing and managing pricing strategy and pricing operations in support of regional sales teams. This role serves as a hands-on business partner to local sales leadership, ensuring pricing guidance is accurate, consistently applied, and aligned with Convergint’s customer-centric and profitability objectives. The Regional Pricing Manager translates pricing strategy into day-to-day execution by working closely with sales managers, regional leadership, IT, and sales enablement. This role focuses on operational excellence, coaching, and continuous improvement of pricing practices to drive margin performance and customer satisfaction. As a Regional Pricing Manager, you are a part of a dynamic team that allows you to grow as Convergint grows.
