Role Description L’ingénieur de formation a pour mission de concevoir, réaliser et animer des dispositifs et actions de formation et d’accompagnement adaptés aux divers publics du pôle Santé. Activités principales - Ingénierie de formation : - Analyser les besoins de formation des publics - Concevoir et réaliser des actions de formation en lien avec les équipes pédagogiques : réalisation des maquettes d’habilitation des diplômes et des programmes de formation, réalisation et mise à jour des budgets de formation dans une logique de coût complet - Evaluer les actions de formation dans un processus d’amélioration continue : organisation de conseils de perfectionnement en lien avec les équipes pédagogiques - Réaliser des études concernant la formation : réalisation des statistiques, BPF - Conseil et expertise : - Conseiller et accompagner les équipes pédagogiques dans la construction de dispositifs de formation - Développer de nouveaux dispositifs de formation, FOAD, formation modulaire, formation courtes, … - Mettre en place une veille scientifique et concurrentielle - Conduite de projet : - Conduire des projets d’ingénierie de formation : reconnaissance des dispositifs de formation (enregistrement ANDPC, enregistrement RNCP, …), évaluation des dispositifs de formation (enquêtes de besoins, enquêtes de satisfaction, …) - Développer des partenariats internes, externes publics et privés dans une logique de réseau - Assurer la promotion d’un dispositif de formation auprès des acteurs relais, France travail, OPCO, … Qualifications - Formation supérieure Bac+3 à Bac+5 dans le domaine des sciences de l’éducation et de l’ingénierie de formation - Une expérience dans le domaine de la formation continue dans un contexte universitaire serait un plus Requirements - Niveau 6 Licence/diplômes équivalents - Spécialisation : Enseignement formation Compétences attendues - Savoirs généraux, théoriques ou disciplinaires : - Droit de la formation - Organisation et fonctionnement de l'enseignement supérieur - Ingénierie de formation - Outils numériques de la formation - Méthodes et techniques d'enquête - Savoir-faire opérationnels : - Mettre en œuvre des méthodes de l'ingénierie de la formation continue - Formaliser et conduire un projet de formation - Initier et conduire des partenariats - Accompagner et conseiller - Piloter un projet - Mettre en place une démarche qualité - Rédiger des rapports et des documents de synthèse - Savoir-être : - Etre autonome et force de proposition - Faire preuve de rigueur et avoir le sens de l'organisation - Avoir des capacités d'écoute et un bon sens relationnel - Savoir travailler en équipe Localisation Localisation : 1, quai de Tourville 44035 Nantes Éléments de candidature - Documents à transmettre : Pour postuler à cette offre, l'envoi du CV et d'une lettre de motivation est obligatoire - Personnes à contacter : Anne BRESCH-BAUER - anne.bresch-bauer@univ-nantes.fr

• Own the operational automation that makes the Kubernetes platform trustworthy in production. • Build Kubernetes profile drift detection against expected cluster configuration. • Monitor node and cluster health with degraded/failed states. • Implement staged rollout automation for OS image and Kubernetes upgrades. • Manage canary, percentage-based rollout, halt, rollback, and recovery logic. • Oversee node replacement flows and capacity updates after failures. • Conduct audit events and operational diagnostics for all lifecycle actions.

Role Description As a JUMO Data Engineer, you will design, build and maintain scalable data architectures. You will monitor their performance, perform root cause analysis and provide solutions to any issues that might arise. You will work with large, complex data sets, which means experience working with Big Data is essential. On a typical day, we use Spark, Kafka, Python, SQL, Airflow and AWS technologies, such as Redshift.
