Role Description As Junior Analytics Engineer, you will support the Analytics Engineering team in one or more of the many functional data domains within JUMO. You will report to the Data Modelling & Reporting Team Lead. - Work closely with all stakeholders including technology platform Product Owners, Data & Prediction teams, Finance, Marketing, and external partners. - Perform investigations on data warehouse and other operational data stores to understand and assist with real-world problems. - Understand the end-to-end architecture of your functional domain and deep dive into the data to resolve issues or perform ad-hoc extracts. - Perform quality assurance on new and existing data sets and pipelines to discover inconsistencies and anomalies. - Use advanced data query and discovery skills for ad hoc analysis and support for both internal and external stakeholders. - Clearly define reporting requirements and build operational reports and strategic dashboards. Qualifications - 2-3 years experience with data and/or systems analysis, at least some within a formal BI environment. - University degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Informatics, or equivalent industry training and experience. - Proven ability in analytics, business process analysis, and presenting/communicating recommendations across all organization levels. - Real-world understanding of data processing and storage. - Experience with relational database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redshift, and SQL Server. - Proven ability to write complex data queries to retrieve data for analysis, modeling, and solving complex business scenarios. - Ability to self-discover and understand complex data domains. - Advanced Excel skills. - Understanding of Data Governance, Agile methodologies, and QA standards. - Critical thinking under pressure with ambiguity and tight deadlines. - Experience working with Github and JIRA or similar task or project management tools. Requirements - Experience in data environments making use of big data, data lakes, event-based streaming, and API integrations (bonus). - Experience with reporting and business intelligence software such as Tableau, Power BI, Grafana, Superset (bonus). - Experience with tools such as Airflow and NiFi (bonus). - Experience with end-to-end BI solution design and build (bonus). - Experience in the FinTech industry (bonus). • Responsible for the proper operation and maintenance of the engine room and other machinery equipment. • Assist the Chief Engineer in managing daily engine room operations • Supervise maintenance and repair of main engine, auxiliaries, and machinery • Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules • Monitor fuel, lube oil, and machinery performance • Lead engine room watchkeeping and manage engine crew • Ensure safety, pollution prevention, and compliance with regulations

• Responsible for keeping all pre-employment and annual training up to date • Participating in emergency response team training each month • Attending safety training meetings weekly • Shift duties include standbys for emergency response team • Participate in hearing conservation program, audiograms, and fit testing • Monthly equipment and medical supply checks • Compliant medical record documentation • Perform other duties as assigned

You will be a part of one of our development teams and work directly with other Engineers and Product Owners to deliver the best platform for our users. Key Responsibilities: - Building new features and technological innovations in our Angular or Vue.js front ends and Node.js back-end as part of one of our Product & Development Teams. - Understand and help define our platform's architecture together with the team. - Challenge team members to continuously develop themselves and our product. - Take on a mentoring role for more junior members of your team. Qualifications - At least 5+ years relevant experience working as a Full-stack Engineer. - Experience with Angular (Vue.js or other front-end frameworks). - Experience with Node.js. - Pro-active, result-driven, and excited to work in a fast-growing tech scale-up. - Team player who likes to work together to reach goals. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
