• Definir y evolucionar la experiencia de usuario del producto desde una visión end‑to‑end. • Diseñar e implementar soluciones frontend alineadas con UX, negocio y tecnología. • Actuar como capacidad inicial de UX, construyendo y escalando dicha competencia en los equipos. • Definir principios, patrones y prácticas de UX que aseguren coherencia entre equipos. • Colaborar estrechamente con Product Owners e ingeniería en la definición del producto. • Acompañar y formar a los equipos mediante coaching y pairing. • Velar por la coherencia de la experiencia de producto en un entorno LeSS.
Job Requirements
- Más de 5 años de experiencia en UX y experiencia de producto en entornos digitales orientados a usuario.
- Experiencia sólida en desarrollo frontend, entregando interfaces complejas en producción.
- Capacidad para actuar como referente principal de UX en organizaciones de baja madurez.
- Experiencia colaborando estrechamente con Product Owners, ingeniería y stakeholders.
- Conocimiento y evolución de sistemas de diseño y patrones de UI compartidos.
- Experiencia en entornos ágiles escalados (LeSS o similares).
- Capacidad de influir y habilitar equipos sin autoridad formal.
- Pensamiento sistémico y alto criterio en UX.
- Inglés alto y experiencia en entornos internacionales.
