• Support the end-to-end execution of tentpole events, brand activations, partner programs, and industry gatherings • Assist with venue sourcing, vendor coordination, and production logistics to ensure seamless event delivery • Manage timelines, project trackers, budgets, and run-of-show documents across multiple concurrent projects • Coordinate travel, accommodations, shipping, and credentialing for staff, partners, and guests • Provide on-site event support, including registration, guest experience, and sponsor management • Track budgets, process invoices, and manage expense reporting with accuracy and timeliness • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, editorial, creative, strategy, social, and PR teams to bring events to life • Contribute to RFP responses and proactive pitches, supporting the development of event-based marketing opportunities

• Have overall responsibility for the planning and execution of congress events in the UK and Overseas • Day-today line management, mentoring and development of your team • Consult with stakeholders to gather all requirements to deliver the right event solution to meet their objectives • Consistently apply and demonstrate our expertise to our clients and be a subject matter expert to the wider team • Manage external vendors and suppliers – for sourcing, negotiating, contracting and event delivery • Financial responsibility of the event budget – from budget preparation to final reconciliation
