• Hands-on administration: Operational management, configuration, and maintenance of our cloud services (particularly Google Workspace and M365) as well as various SaaS applications. • IT support: Competent point of contact (1st & 2nd level) for colleagues on all IT-related questions (hardware, software, network, accounts). • Device management: Administration and provisioning of our endpoints (Windows, macOS, ChromeOS) using modern Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions. • Projects & rollouts: Technical implementation of internal IT projects in close collaboration with the IT Manager (e.g., introducing new tools or automating workflows). • Security & compliance: Active implementation and monitoring of IT security measures and data protection requirements (e.g., endpoint security, access management) in day-to-day operations. • Lifecycle management: Smooth execution of technical onboarding and offboarding of employees.
Job Requirements
- Completed vocational training in the IT field (e.g., IT specialist for system integration) or an equivalent technical qualification/experience.
- Solid hands-on experience administering cloud environments (preferably Google Workspace and M365) and in identity & access management.
- Good knowledge of client support and device management (MDM) for Windows, macOS and/or ChromeOS.
- Strong hands-on mentality, high technical problem-solving skills and a strong service orientation.
- Basic technical understanding of IT security standards and best practices.
- Team-player qualities, initiative and enjoyment in an agile working environment.
- Good spoken and written German and English skills.

Role Description KHC is accelerating its AI adoption strategy across all Business Units. The AI Administrator will serve as the operational bridge between AI strategy and day-to-day execution — owning the full lifecycle of AI use cases: from ideation and design through build, deployment, and iteration. This is a hands-on execution role, not a theoretical one. The successful candidate will work directly with senior leadership and BU heads to identify, prioritize, and deliver practical AI applications that create measurable business value — with a strong focus on tools like Claude (Anthropic) and the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem. • Work under and report to the Program Director/Director of Education/Campus President. • Ensure all administrative records, reports and processes are completed and maintained for each student as related to their clinical courses or externship. • Attain a thorough knowledge of all rules and standards set forth by the state, federal and accrediting board(s) with respect to the externship and ensure all rules and regulations are adhered to at all times. • Maintain federal, state and accreditation compliance at all times. • Monitor and maintain TWC and accreditation regulations of all student records with respect to site evaluations, time cards, surveys and any other required documentation. • Serve as liaison between students, campus faculty and the organization providing the externship. • Document, in CampusVue, any matters related to externship from the student, site and/or campus perspective; ensuring all CampusVue notes are complete with dates, times and names as well as all matters are documented in full. • Complete, submit and maintain the process for State LMRT site approvals. • Document, in CampusVue, students site assignments. • Arrange and conduct externship orientation prior to externship. • Advise students who are not attending externship as scheduled; record said advising in the student file and CampusVue. • Ensure Program Director is aware of all student matters recorded in CampusVue. • Ensure all attendance is recorded in CampusVue and documented in the student file. • Monitor, track and provide feedback to the extern regarding timesheets. • Track and assure that all students complete a final exit after externship is completed. • Maintain accurate and organized student records. • Work closely with the Placement Coordinator in tracking extern-to-hire opportunities. • Attend and participate in staff meetings.
