Outcomes - Execute and manage social and native ad campaigns across platforms such as Meta and Taboola - Monitor daily performance metrics and implement optimizations to creative, bids, and placements - Partner with senior media buyers to launch new campaigns and expand existing ones while supporting strategic growth - Facilitate creative testing by assisting with copy iteration, image/video swaps, and tracking results - Conduct competitor research and performance audits to surface new testing opportunities - Collaborate with the Content and Paid Media teams to ensure seamless campaign setup and timely asset delivery - Maintain campaign documentation and update performance trackers regularly to support team throughput Competencies - Execution-Oriented: Manages deliverables independently and consistently follows through on tasks that enable campaign momentum and growth. - Detail-Driven: Demonstrates accuracy in reporting, campaign QA, and implementation of optimizations. - Organized and Fast-Learning: Prioritizes competing tasks effectively and quickly picks up on new trends or approaches to optimize campaigns. - Analytical Thinker: Understands key ad metrics and translates data into actionable strategies that improve funnel performance. - Collaborative: Works effectively across team lines with buyers, content creators, and analysts to move campaigns forward. - Curious & Analytical: Asks the right questions, seeks to understand performance drivers, and uses data to guide recommendations. - Proactive Communicator: Provides regular updates, flags issues early, and clearly communicates changes or learnings to stakeholders. - Coachability: Open to feedback, quickly applies learnings, and demonstrates a strong desire to grow into a more strategic buyer. Total Compensation Base salary is set according to market rates for the nearest major metro and varies based on Launch Potato’s Levels Framework. Your compensation package includes a base salary, profit-sharing bonus, and competitive benefits. Launch Potato is a performance-driven company, which means once you are hired, future increases will be based on company and personal performance, not annual cost of living adjustments.
