Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree preferred in ministry, leadership, organizational development, or related field. - Must be an ordained and licensed Unity Minister in good standing, with demonstrated experience in church leadership, ministerial transitions, and Charter-aligned governance. - Minimum 3–5 years of experience in ministry leadership, community organizing, church growth, discipleship pathways, or movement-building roles. - Proven experience launching groups, leading teams, or expanding spiritual communities. - Demonstrated ability to coach leaders and manage growth systems. Skills - Strong relational leadership and ability to inspire volunteers and leaders. - Strategic thinking with the ability to build growth-oriented systems and processes. - Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and facilitation. - Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives across distributed geographic settings. - Competence with Microsoft Office, databases, and digital platforms to track movement progress. - Comfort with field engagement, both virtual and in-person.
