Role Description The Youth Empowerment Coordinator leads the development and support of Unity’s global youth ministry strategy by creating modern, engaging spiritual education and equipping leaders to empower children and teens as confident changemakers. This role focuses on curriculum development, leader training, and field support, ensuring Unity youth programming is relevant, accessible, and aligned with Unity principles worldwide. - Develop and standardize Unity-based youth curricula that integrate spiritual principles with modern themes such as social-emotional learning, leadership, and global citizenship. - Design and deliver Training of Trainers (ToT) programs to equip regional leaders and volunteers with effective facilitation and pedagogical skills. - Serve as the primary headquarters liaison for local youth ministry leaders, providing consultation, guidance, and implementation support. - Curate and maintain a centralized digital library of youth ministry resources, toolkits, and communications. - Collaborate with the UWSI Education team and instructional designers to ensure alignment with organizational educational standards and strategy. - Establish mentoring pathways that connect experienced Unity leaders with emerging youth leaders. - Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve youth programming through feedback and program assessment. Qualifications - Certified Spiritual Educator (CSE), Licensed Unity Teacher (LUT), or Unity Minister. - Minimum of 3 years’ experience in youth ministry or youth program development, including curriculum or event design. - Background in curriculum design, experiential education, or pedagogy preferred. - Strong digital skills, including Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration platforms. - Demonstrated ability to innovate and engage today’s youth and families in both in-person and digital environments. - Ability to translate Unity metaphysical principles into age-appropriate, experiential learning. - Expertise in adult education and Training of Trainers models. - Strong project management and organizational skills. - Cross-cultural awareness and inclusive communication. - Servant leadership and collaborative working style. Role Description The Partnership Engagement Coordinator serves as a catalytic field liaison within Unity’s movement architecture—cultivating Pods, Small Groups, Chapters, and increasing the energy and footprint of Unity churches. This role coordinates Unity’s shift from maintaining institutions to activating a spiritually intelligent movement. The Partnership Engagement Coordinator identifies emerging leaders, equips them with replicable systems, guides them through defined formation pathways, and drives measurable growth across Unity’s ecosystem. This is not an administrative support role. This position is supported in their role by UC&L and UWH team experts dedicated to spiritual activation, structured development, and movement growth. Essential Job Functions - Launch and support Pods as micro activation hubs, ensuring each Pod has a clear purpose, leader, and growth pathway. - Build and sustain Small Groups, providing leaders with formation tools, curricula, and coaching. - Activate and guide Chapters aligned to Unity’s Charter, supporting governance, alignment, and local expression. - Partner with church leaders to strengthen, revitalize, and expand Unity churches, using replicable models and measurable growth strategies. - Identify emerging leaders across all channels; assess readiness and move candidates through formation pathways. - Equip leaders with systems, templates, rhythms, and structures that promote reproduction and sustainability. - Maintain dashboards and simple tracking systems that measure growth in Pods, Small Groups, Chapters, and church expansion. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Education, Ministry Pathways, Communities, and Communications to support movement activation. - Facilitate online and in-person training sessions, gatherings, and coaching cohorts. - Conduct field visits as needed to support local leaders, assess vitality, and catalyze expansion. - Represent Unity’s movement architecture with clarity, consistency, and enthusiasm. - Regular and reliable attendance; adherence to assigned schedule – this is a remote position. - Comply with all organizational policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. - Utilize electronic time management system to input time, attendance, and paid time off requests. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree preferred in ministry, leadership, organizational development, or related field. - Must be an ordained and licensed Unity Minister in good standing, with demonstrated experience in church leadership, ministerial transitions, and Charter-aligned governance. - Minimum 3–5 years of experience in ministry leadership, community organizing, church growth, discipleship pathways, or movement-building roles. - Proven experience launching groups, leading teams, or expanding spiritual communities. - Demonstrated ability to coach leaders and manage growth systems. Skills - Strong relational leadership and ability to inspire volunteers and leaders. - Strategic thinking with the ability to build growth-oriented systems and processes. - Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and facilitation. - Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives across distributed geographic settings. - Competence with Microsoft Office, databases, and digital platforms to track movement progress. - Comfort with field engagement, both virtual and in-person. Job DetailsJob Location: Unity School of Christianity - Unity Village, MO 64065Shift: Tues - Fri 7am-4:30pm Position Summary: Offer exceptional customer service by providing inbound callers with expert product guidance and create a positive experience that will build and strengthen relationships with current and future customers. Additionally, respond to electronic and written correspondence. Bilingual customer care representative will be required to communicate verbal and written in English and Spanish, or a language designated when hired. Essential Job Functions: Maintain status to accept telephone and electronic constituent orders and requests. Listen to and analyze customer communication to offer appropriate sales recommendations of products that support organizational objectives. Able to be active and available to pray with callers at a minimum of 85% of scheduled ACD (Automotive call distribution) hours during a scheduled time. Input customer requests into database. Research and review billing, product, or shipping questions. Follow-up with constituent, as necessary in both English and language designated at hire date. Read and analyze incoming e-mails and correspondence of both spiritual and business nature and respond according to written procedures. Extract mail and perform scanning processes, as necessary. Accept and direct inbound calls to the appropriate department or service. Regular Attendance. Defined in the department as less than 9 points. Able to be empathetic and nonjudgmental when addressing sensitive and complex issues related to crisis situations. On occasion, be able to handle sensitive subject matters with professionalism, empathy, and discretion. This may include caller circumstances involving topics such as domestic violence; trauma, abuse; suicide; death; personal health, sexual health; and other sensitive issues that may arise during communications with those individuals in crisis who reach out for prayer.
