Role Description We are hiring an experienced Senior Affiliate Growth Manager to lead affiliate growth and creator partnerships for TikTok Shop across Home, Kitchen, Bedding, and Apparel. This role will own creator recruitment, affiliate program management, influencer relationships, live commerce coordination, sample seeding, and community management, with a strong focus on driving scalable revenue growth through creators. We are specifically looking for candidates who have worked with top TikTok Shop brands, leading sellers, or established social commerce agencies in relevant categories.
