Role Description Click Media is hiring an Enterprise Sales Director to lead the charge in building out our Consumer and Entertainment influencer marketing practice from the ground up. - Build new business development across entertainment, lifestyle, beauty, fashion, food & beverage, and CPG verticals. - Own the full influencer marketing sales cycle - from outbound prospecting and agency outreach through to pitch, negotiation, and close. - Serve as a strategic, consultative partner to brand-direct clients, media agencies, creative agencies, and PR firms. - Pitch and close influencer, branded content, and experiential partnership deals tailored to consumer audiences. - Develop custom creator partnership packages that align talent, content format, and platform strategy to client KPIs. - Collaborate cross-functionally within the GameSquare ecosystem to ensure seamless campaign delivery. - Help define the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and sales playbook for Click Media's new consumer-focused division. - Report weekly on pipeline activity, deal progression, revenue attainment, and market feedback. Qualifications - 3–5+ years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or branded content sales — with a demonstrable track record of closing deals and exceeding quota. - Strong existing relationships with brand-side marketers and agency buyers across entertainment, lifestyle, beauty, fashion, food & beverage, and/or CPG. - Deep fluency in the creator economy: how campaigns are structured, how talent is valued, and how to prove ROI to sophisticated buyers. - Experience building and selling influencer or content sponsorship packages - not just managing them post-sale. - A genuine passion for consumer culture, emerging platforms, and where creator marketing is heading. - Entrepreneurial mindset — you're comfortable with ambiguity, energized by building, and capable of operating independently while bringing the right people in at the right time. - Comfort operating in a fast-moving, evolving business where priorities shift and speed matters. Requirements - Background at a creator or influencer agency, or in-house at a major consumer brand. - Experience selling across multiple campaign types: social, experiential, long-form content, and live. - Existing network across entertainment studios, lifestyle publishers, or CPG brand teams.

• Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns tailored to the Philippine market • Identify, onboard, and manage influencers across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook • Leverage an existing creator network or agency connections to drive campaign efficiency • Handle outreach, negotiations, content coordination, and campaign delivery • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with high-performing creators • Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and localized messaging
• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies for the Brazilian market • Identify, onboard, and manage influencers across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X • Leverage an existing creator network or agency relationships to accelerate campaign execution • Manage end-to-end campaigns including outreach, negotiation, content coordination, and reporting • Build long-term partnerships with high-performing creators • Track KPIs and optimize campaigns based on performance data • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure localized and consistent messaging
