Role Description Nous recherchons un(e) Monteur Vidéo en Freelance (20/30h par semaine) pour notre marque de cosmétique Curculia, afin de produire et optimiser nos contenus publicitaires vidéo et améliorer leurs performances. Tu seras responsable de la création et de l’amélioration continue de nos vidéos ads. - Monter des vidéos publicitaires (UGC / ads) - Créer des hooks efficaces dès les premières secondes - Décliner des variations et tester différents formats - S’inspirer des tendances TikTok / Meta Qualifications - Expérience en montage vidéo (préférence en e-commerce) - Bonne compréhension des mécaniques publicitaires Meta et TikTok - Capacité à créer des hooks percutants et à comprendre la psychologie d’achat - Sens du détail et de la qualité visuelle - Esprit autonome et envie d’apprendre Benefits - Salaire stable et évolutif selon les performances - Poste en télétravail, sans obligation présentielle - Primes basées sur les résultats des publicités - Environnement dynamique et créatif

• Manage product merchandising within Salesforce Commerce Cloud, including categorization, sorting, and search optimization • Execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal updates across the site • Optimize product listings, content, and on-site search to improve conversion rates and customer experience • Collaborate with marketing teams to align merchandising strategies with campaigns and promotions • Analyze site performance metrics and user behavior to inform merchandising decisions • Maintain product data accuracy, ensuring pricing, inventory, and content are up-to-date • Partner with developers and QA teams to test and validate merchandising changes and site updates • Identify opportunities to improve navigation, product discovery, and overall site usability • Support A/B testing and personalization initiatives within SFCC
• Execute page configuration, content uploads, and product setup across Shopify and Recharge • Support sale and promotion changeovers, ensuring accuracy and timely updates • Perform pre- and post-launch QA checks to ensure site functionality and user experience across devices • Assist with CRO test setup, including product configurations and offer variations • Monitor and escalate site bugs, partnering with internal teams for resolution • Support Recharge operations, including sync processes and discount setup • Populate and update content pages (blogs, recipes, landing pages) • Update site content, including product pages, bundles, landing pages, and promotions • Support execution of product launches, homepage updates, and seasonal campaigns • Conduct QA and UAT testing for site updates, ensuring a seamless experience • Coordinate with engineering/technical teams to troubleshoot bugs and test customer flows. • Help ensure tracking tools (pixels, tags, events) are functioning properly.
