Job Requirements
- 18+ years of experience in IT services, with strong expertise in Application Managed Services
- Proven leadership of large teams within major IT service organizations
- Strong understanding of AMS market dynamics, customer needs, and technology trends
- Demonstrated success in driving large, multi-year AMS deals with multi-geo delivery models
- Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and relationship-building skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- Fluent German and English language skills.

Responsibilities The Senior Director - Gift Planning provides strategic and operational leadership for Mayo Clinic's Office of Gift Planning.
