Lead FP&A Analyst – GTM
WP Engine
• Own the "Source of Truth" modeling for ARR, including new business, expansions, contractions, and churn. • Design and maintain complex Bookings models that bridge the gap between sales activity and financial reporting. • Build automated cohort analysis and Net Revenue Retention trackers to monitor the health of the customer base. • Act as the Finance "Product Owner" for revenue data, working with BI to define data schemas and ensure data integrity. • Collaborate with RevOps to audit the sales funnel, ensuring that Opportunity stages, Close Dates, and Contract Values are captured accurately for financial modeling. • Lead the monthly and quarterly GTM forecasting process for bookings and self-serve ARR. • Develop "What-if" models to analyze the impact of changes in pricing, packaging, or sales compensation plans. • Build and maintain executive-level dashboards in Tableau/Looker/PowerBI that track real-time GTM performance. • Prepare monthly "Revenue Deep Dive" decks for the CFO and CRO, translating complex data into actionable insights. • Partner with internal AI Council, Data Engineering, Business Insights and GTM leaders for operational efficiencies in the GTM domain.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years in Strategic Finance, FP&A, or RevOps at a high-growth SaaS company.
- Proven track record of building and scaling ARR sub-ledgers or complex revenue models.
- Experience reporting to or working directly with Finance leadership in a fast-paced environment.
- Expert Financial Modeling: Mastery of Excel/Google Sheets (complex logic, dynamic arrays, and audit-friendly structures).
- Data Fluency: Strong SQL skills are required to query data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.) and validate BI reports.
- SaaS Metric Mastery: Deep understanding of the SaaS P&L—you should be able to explain the nuances of deferred revenue vs. billings vs. ARR in your sleep.
- CRM Expertise: Power-user knowledge of Salesforce or HubSpot (specifically how Objects and Fields relate to one another).
- The "Bridge" Mentality: Ability to speak "Sales" to the RevOps team and "Code" to the BI team.
- Extreme Attention to Detail: You are the person who finds the $1 variance in a $10M bookings report.
- Proactive Problem Solving: You don't just report that the data is messy; you work with Ops to fix the entry process at the source.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to deliver technical findings to non-technical executive leadership through written memos and oral presentations.

Role Description We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable (AR) Finance Specialist to join our Finance team.
