• Own the end-to-end renewal process for assigned high-volume accounts, ensuring timely contract execution and maintaining high Gross Revenue Retention (GRR). • Monitor account health and usage data to identify "ready-to-buy" signals, qualifying leads for upsells and passing them to sales team members. • Manage the administrative side of the customer relationship, including processing amendments, handling billing inquiries, and ensuring CRM data integrity. • Assess, process, and accurately execute customer downgrade requests in alignment with policy, ensuring retention risks are identified, properly documented, and addressed through appropriate internal escalation or value-based conversations. • Work daily with a team of cross-functional team members to provide a unified customer experience. • Act as the first line of defense for commercial escalations within the squad, coordinating with Finance and Legal to resolve obstacles to renewal. • Maintain a "high bar" for CRM hygiene. Ensure all renewal dates, contact information, and commercial notes are updated in real-time to support accurate executive forecasting. • Actively identify bottlenecks in the high-volume renewal process and propose automation or workflow changes to increase the squad's efficiency. • Drive relentless execution against team-based KPIs, including Net Revenue Retention (NRR), On-Time Renewal Rate, and Task Completion Speed.

You’ll be part of a dynamic "pod" model, partnering closely with Partner Account Managers (PAMs) to build referral business from our top-tier partners. While you will benefit from a steady inbound lead flow, the most successful sellers in this seat view inbound as the "cherry on top" and find their greatest wins through proactive, outbound strategic planning. The Day to Day - Strategic Net New Growth: Drive and achieve your quarterly revenue quota through a blend of strategic outbound hunting and managing inbound flow. - Pod Collaboration: Partner intimately with Partner Account Managers (PAMs) on account planning to unlock and scale business from our most valuable agency and technology partners. - Enterprise Focus: Target and close high-value Enterprise accounts, utilizing a deep understanding of complex sales cycles. - Sales Execution: Manage the full sales lifecycle—from initial discovery and website scoping to proposition, pricing negotiations, and the final close. - Pipeline Management: Execute a MEDDIC based sales process for inbound opportunities while maintaining a robust long-term outbound pipeline. - Business Development: Act as a leader in the sales organization, helping to build out the outbound function and driving referral business through the partner ecosystem.
