Associate Investment Advisor

Empower

• Conduct financial consultations to identify client goals and recommend solutions aligned with their objectives • Facilitate onboarding and asset consolidation for clients entering Empower’s Wealth Solutions program • Utilize Salesforce and Empower’s planning tools to manage pipelines, document interactions, and follow up on opportunities • Collaborate with Senior Financial Advisors and Relationship Managers to ensure seamless client transitions • Meet monthly activity and conversion targets while maintaining regulatory and policy compliance

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 1–2 years of experience in financial services, sales, or customer service preferred
  • FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 (or 66) required or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment. Fully licensed candidates are preferred
  • Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfort working with CRM systems and financial planning technology tools
