Title: Senior Intake Specialist Location: Remote Job Description: Remote Description We’re hiring a Senior Case Evaluation Specialist to play a key role on our Case Evaluation Team (CET)—the group responsible for evaluating and signing new personal injury cases. This is a hands-on, senior-level position for someone with strong experience in intake or case evaluation who also enjoys coaching others, improving systems, and driving consistent performance. Responsibilities What You’ll Do - Handle and convert inbound leads with a focus on quality, consistency, and results - Serve as a go-to resource for the team by answering questions, providing guidance, and supporting day-to-day operations - Coach and mentor team members on intake best practices, follow-up, and communication - Help monitor and improve key performance metrics, including: sign-up rate, speed-to-lead, and follow-up compliance - Assist with maintaining and improving scripts, workflows, and processes - Work closely with the Case Evaluation Manager to ensure team performance stays on track - Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and client experience - Support onboarding and training of new team members Qualifications What We’re Looking For - Several years of experience in personal injury intake, case evaluation, or a similar high-volume environment - Strong understanding of what drives case conversions and client trust - Highly organized and detail-oriented - Comfortable working with metrics and performance tracking - Natural coach—patient, clear communicator, and willing to help others improve - Process-driven mindset—you value consistency and doing things the right way - Team-first attitude with the ability to lead by example What Success Looks Like - You consistently perform at a high level individually - Team members come to you for guidance and improve because of it - Best practices are followed consistently across the team - KPIs trend in the right direction due to coaching and support - The intake experience is smooth, professional, and consistent Compensation $60,000 + performance-based bonuses About Mike Agruss Law Who We Are: Mike Agruss Law was founded in 2012.
