Job Requirements
- Minimum of 12+ years of experience with Oracle EBS Payroll
- Proven experience with 2-3 support projects
- Proven experience with 2-3 end-to-end implementations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Open to flexible time shifts March mid to Oct end – 330PM to 1230AM || Nov to March Mid – 430PM to 130AM IST
- Expertise in Fast Formula
- Proven expertise in Oracle EBS R12.2.9
- Experience with OA Framework (OAF) and personalization/customization of EBS modules
- Familiarity with Oracle Application Object Library (AOL) components and development standards
- Knowledge of Oracle APIs and interface tables for data conversions and integrations
- Good understanding of HR, Benefits and Payroll business processes, statutory requirements, and configuration logic.

PAI, one of the Twin Cities' premier providers of day and employment-related services for adults with developmental disabilities, is looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team in White Bear Lake. This is a part-time position (10–20 hours per bi-weekly pay period) with competitive pay ($25.00-$33.00/hour), remote work options, and a work environment where everyone is valued and respected. You will work closely with our Accountant, who provides oversight and serves as your backup - so you'll have solid support and a true team around you.
