Ideal candidate will have a travel territory that will include a defined area within Texas Up to 100% required travel with overnight stays Conduct safety meetings and teach industry specific training schools Extensive Public Speaking knowledge - sharing safety and best practices for electric lineman Provide engaging group presentations/instruction Maintain accurate records of training completion, safety audits, and incident reports Design, deliver, and evaluate safety training programs to meet Cooperative standards.
