• Own the development and annual refresh of GFiber’s 10-year integrated financial model. • Build and maintain sophisticated financial models to evaluate potential acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures. • Assist in evaluating funding strategies and executing financing activities, including debt issuances and credit facility management to fund long-term infrastructure builds.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of corporate development experience (M&A or Capital Markets) OR 2 years of experience in Investment Banking, with a focus on TMT (Technology, Media, and Telecommunications) or Infrastructure.
- Experience working with Excel with a proven track record of building complex, multi-year integrated financial models.
- Direct exposure to capital markets transactions (Debt or Equity) and an understanding of capital structure optimization.
