The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $93,800 - $107,200/year. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Role Description As Real Estate Manager, you will join our Business Development team! In this role, you will report to the Director of Land Acquisition and play a critical role in converting early-stage site control into financeable, construction-ready assets. This position owns and coordinates real property–related workstreams across the development lifecycle, proactively de-risking title, survey, access, and third-party property constraints that impact capital deployment, development schedules, and project valuation. This role serves as the central point of accountability for real property readiness across a growing portfolio of utility-scale renewable energy projects in multiple U.S. jurisdictions. The role partners closely with Legal, Engineering, Construction, Finance, and external consultants to enable efficient execution, support investment and financing milestones, and improve predictability across the development pipeline.
