• Help clients translate real-world needs into practical, state-of-the-art solutions • Recommend relevant strategies, architectures, and solutions for customer requirements and work with customers to prepare implementations, change management, and migration activities • Manage projects and support customers throughout the entire project life-cycle, including requirements, analysis, design, build, and implementation • Lead the scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables through planning, tracking, quality assurance, change control, and risk management • Establish, develop, and expand relationships with customers, partners, and distributors • Work with Esri’s marketing and sales teams to develop new business • Lead innovative proposals and win work that showcases forward-leaning solutions • Mitigate challenges through proper escalation to achieve project and program completion • Collaborate with Esri’s practice managers and marketing and sales teams to support business development for technology and implementation patterns with new and existing customers • Support the development of others though our network of organizational teams and professional communities
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in a similar position, supporting similar responsibilities
- Professional experience supporting the design, implementation, and administration of enterprise geospatial technology (ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, and/or ArcGIS Platform)
- Demonstrated ability to translate a customer's business goals, objectives, and strategies into solutions
- Ability to develop project designs, work plans, budgets and schedules
- Exceptional interpersonal, written/verbal communication, multi-tasking, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), geography, remote sensing, image processing, computer science, or a related STEM field
