Oil & Gas (O&G) Contract Management Analyst

• Drafting letters and meeting minutes for contracts linked to Projects; • Monitoring and addressing outstanding items identified in project follow-up meetings; • Preparing and maintaining spreadsheets related to the administrative monitoring phase of contracts linked to Projects; • Monitoring Project Change Requests (SMP); • Monitoring measurement documentation, payments, local content, order and contract balances via the SAP system; • Drafting reports and presentations related to Projects; • Preparing IDFs – Supplier Performance Indices; • Organizing filing of contractual documents in physical and electronic formats in accordance with corporate guidelines; • Monitoring RDOs (Daily Occurrence Records) for contracts linked to Projects; • Monitoring management and engineering Document Lists for contracts linked to Projects; • Monitoring reviews of technical documents for basic and detailed/executive design, producing tracking spreadsheets and monthly reports; • Consolidating information on Scope, Schedule, Cost, QSMS (Quality, Safety, Environment and Health), Risks, Procurement and Histogram; • Monitoring physical progress of contracts linked to Projects; • Issuing weekly status reports (approvals, revisions, outstanding items, etc.) on technical documentation in corporate document control systems; • Issuing monthly status reports (approvals, revisions, outstanding items, etc.) on technical documentation in corporate document control systems; • Tracking Projects' Local Content indicators; completing related information and documents and registering certificates in the corporate system.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Solid knowledge of MS Project, Primavera, and Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills;
  • Proficient in Power BI;
  • Experience with SAP R/3 and SAP S/4 HANA;
  • Intermediate English;
  • Project Management experience;
  • Experience working in an engineering company.

Role Description We are looking for a Remote Technical Support Analyst that provides administrative and technical support services that seamlessly facilitate the business unit's operation. This position will be full-time and remote. What You'll Do: - Taking customer calls Level 2 support in break fix of office printing and imaging equipment, software solutions that we provide. - If this cannot be rectified, book an onsite service engineer to go onsite and rectify the issue. - Liaising with customers when the technician will be onsite to rectify the issue including secondary callout when parts are needed. - If parts are needed, liaise with technicians about necessary onsite work and organize this with the vendors. Distribute these parts onsite to the customers. - Remote installation for when printing and imaging equipment is upgraded for our customers with the installation of print drivers and workflow such as scan to email. - Take care of our internal IT infrastructure as a system administrator. - Support any future clients who Orion takes on under an MSP and be the system administrator for the customer.
