Role Description Huge is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join the Program Delivery team. As a Senior Project Manager, you are responsible for the management and delivery of mid to large-scale interactive website design and development projects. As the key point of contact for both the client and the project team, you play a pivotal role in the success of an engagement. - Plan and prioritize all deliverables and resources working across multiple projects with creative, experience design, strategy and tech teams to produce amazing digital products. - Focus on goals and solutions both large and small. - Become the focal point for delivery across a series of workstreams while still keeping up-to-date on daily project activities. - Work closely with discipline leads and engage clients. - Be prepared to meet deliverable requirements, assess change and risk management, and frequently oversee a number of hybrid client/Huge teams. - Be a client-facing project manager and build strong relationships. - Communicate project statuses both internally and externally. - Ensure all project timelines are built and communicated in order to meet expected launch dates for all projects. Qualifications - You have experience managing multiple interactive projects, from discovery and design to technical development and implementation. - You have experience managing projects within established design systems, to ensure cross team collaboration. - You ensure the project team meets each project's objectives and goals on time and on budget while championing the quality and integrity of the end result. - You have experience managing budgets, burn reports, and writing SOWs. - You monitor project risks and scope creep to foresee and identify potential problems then proactively identify solutions to address them in advance. - You identify needs that clients may not recognize and ensure approaches and solutions are linked to objectives and future needs. - You manage client expectations, ensure delivery of the highest quality service, and solicit and act on client feedback. - You communicate and document project status and strategic recommendations to clients and team members, escalating issues accordingly via the appropriate channels. - You proactively identify opportunities, deliver improvements, and follow project management methodologies and processes. - Preferred experience in a project management or KANBAN tool such as Asana, JIRA or Smartsheet. Requirements - This role is currently not available for hire or work in New Mexico and Hawaii, USA. Benefits - The salary range for this position is $110,000 — $130,000 USD. - Exactly where a prospective employee will be paid within this range will depend on various factors including experience, qualifications, and market conditions. Role Description Our Client is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and completion of Multifamily and commercial painting projects. You will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet company standards. This role involves coordinating with clients, suppliers, and on-site teams, maintaining project documentation, and supporting overall workflow from initiation to closeout. Key Responsibilities - Project Start-Up: - Review contract agreements, project scope, schedules, and drawings to understand project requirements. - Coordinate documentation submission to General Contractors (insurance, contracts, submittals, samples, bonds, etc.). - Assist with internal kick-off meetings and ensure team alignment. - Ongoing Projects: - Maintain and update project logs (RFI, Submittal, ASI, SK, Drawings) and escalate outstanding items. - Review daily reports, project photos, and safety documentation for completeness. - Organize and code electronic documents; ensure contracts, insurance, and bonds are current. - Assist PM in preparing/distributing meeting minutes, short interval schedules, and change orders. - Communicate with clients for updates on change order logs and project progress. - Upload and maintain drawings/specifications in Procore. - Project Closeout: - Prepare Warranty Letters and ensure accurate project completion dates. - Coordinate delivery of attic stock and final documentation to clients.
