Project Coordinator
Remote Talent LATAM
Role Description Our Client is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and completion of Multifamily and commercial painting projects. You will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet company standards. This role involves coordinating with clients, suppliers, and on-site teams, maintaining project documentation, and supporting overall workflow from initiation to closeout. Key Responsibilities - Project Start-Up: - Review contract agreements, project scope, schedules, and drawings to understand project requirements. - Coordinate documentation submission to General Contractors (insurance, contracts, submittals, samples, bonds, etc.). - Assist with internal kick-off meetings and ensure team alignment. - Ongoing Projects: - Maintain and update project logs (RFI, Submittal, ASI, SK, Drawings) and escalate outstanding items. - Review daily reports, project photos, and safety documentation for completeness. - Organize and code electronic documents; ensure contracts, insurance, and bonds are current. - Assist PM in preparing/distributing meeting minutes, short interval schedules, and change orders. - Communicate with clients for updates on change order logs and project progress. - Upload and maintain drawings/specifications in Procore. - Project Closeout: - Prepare Warranty Letters and ensure accurate project completion dates. - Coordinate delivery of attic stock and final documentation to clients. Qualifications - 4+ years of experience with construction project coordination or commercial painting, preferably in multifamily or institutional projects (schools, healthcare, DCAM). - Proficiency in project management software (Procore, PlanSwift, Bluebeam, Smartsheet, Sage, or similar). - Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate project documentation. - Ability to handle 15+ active projects simultaneously. - Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. - Ability to multitask and collaborate with remote teams. - Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint) and Adobe. - Experience with Power BI. - Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented. - Positive attitude and adaptable to changing project needs. Requirements - Schedule: M-F, Business Hours, EST. - Salary: $2,500 USD. - 100% Remote work environment. - US Federal Holidays. You will be responsible for verification and validation of analytical data, data quality reporting, and coordination of analytical services.
