Role Overview The TA Analyst supports our HQ Talent Acquisition team, helping drive hiring for roles that influence the broader enterprise. This role combines advanced scheduling, labor-market research, and daily dashboard management to ensure a smooth and data-driven hiring process. You will play a critical role in enabling the TA team's success by improving efficiency, enhancing candidate experience, and providing actionable insights for recruiters and hiring managers. Key Responsibilities - Conduct labor-market research on talent supply/demand, competition, compensation benchmarks, and skill market trends. - Summarize market insights into clear briefs recruiters can use in leader consultations and intakes. - Update and publish the daily TA dashboard (pipeline movement, aging, SLA performance, scheduling bottlenecks). - Manage all interview scheduling, using automated tools to drive efficiency and reduce reschedules. - Pre-book debriefs and coordinate panel availability to maintain hiring momentum. - Identify risks and escalate issues that may impact hiring timelines or candidate experience. - Maintain clean ATS data to support reliable reporting and analytics. - Support interview kits, scorecards, job templates, and intake materials. - Assist with HQ intern program coordination and TA process-improvement activities. Required Education, Experience, & Skills - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. - 3+ years experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or analytics. - Experience operating in an OFCCP-compliant environment. - Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. - Proficiency with spreadsheets/dashboards and comfort working with data. - Ability to simplify complex data for practical use. - High attention to detail and commitment to excellent candidate experience. Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills - Experience supporting corporate or HQ recruiting or HR functions. - Familiarity with TalentNeuron, BrassRing, Phenom, or similar talent platforms. - Proficiency with PowerBI, Excel, or other reporting tools. Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $67406 - $114590 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. This role is for experienced vehicle technicians who like variety, autonomy and being the person who makes the call at the roadside. You’ll start and finish from home, run your day from a fully equipped van, and use your diagnostic skills and judgement to get customers safely back on the road or arrange recovery when that’s the right choice. If you prefer field-based work, clear outcomes, and direct customer contact over a workshop environment, you’ll fit here.
