CRM Consultant

• Provide Slate CRM implementation services and general consulting such as training, functional consulting, troubleshooting, and technical support to a diverse community of higher education clients • Analyze current business practices and make recommendations to leverage various technology tools to improve business processes for admissions, retention and advancement • Ability to adapt to varying challenges and varying levels of user knowledge

Job Requirements

  • 5 or more years working within the Higher Education Industry.
  • 5 or more years of experience working with Slate CRM, demonstrating advanced user proficiency.
  • Ability to administer security roles, build workflows, write rules, build reports and dashboards using CRM tools
  • Extensive experience utilizing Slate Datasets and Entities for reporting, data management, process automation, and system optimization
  • Proficient with developing, deploying, customizing and integrating CRM software
  • Experience developing HTML content
  • Ability to analyze business processes, procedures, and functions and make recommendations for improvement
  • Experience with data collection, designing workflows, and audit requirements to determine suitability of the CRM software
  • Experience with building and managing integrations with various third-party admissions applications (Common App, Royall/EAB, Liaison/UNICAS)
  • Experience Designing and managing integrations with Enterprise Resource Planning/Student Information Systems
  • Experience in a consulting capacity, focusing on enhancing business process and creating efficiency.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical and functional issues within Slate.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills and a proven customer service approach
  • The ability to travel over 25%
