Performance QA Engineer
Veeam Software
• Design and execute performance, load, and scalability testing for major components of Veeam products (from requirement analysis and lab design to test execution and results analysis) • Build and maintain realistic enterprise‑grade test environments, including large infrastructures and complex topologies • Identify performance bottlenecks and system limits, and work closely with developers, functional QA, and product managers to resolve them • Participate in root cause analysis of performance issues reported by Technical Support and customers • Own and evolve performance test labs: environment creation, configuration, monitoring, and collaboration with IT teams
Job Requirements
- Technical education or a strong, hands‑on passion for systems and performance
- 1–2 years of experience in performance and/or load testing (or a strong practical background in system performance)
- Ability to analyze test results and clearly identify bottlenecks, limits, and performance risks
- Solid knowledge of Windows and/or Linux at an advanced user or system administration level
- Good understanding of system internals: CPU, memory, storage, networking
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and structured thinking
- Motivation to grow as a performance and scalability engineer
- English proficiency for daily communication within international teams.

As a Regulatory Affairs Senior Specialist, you'll provide strategic regulatory intelligence and guidance supporting product development from preclinical stages through registration and product optimization. You will provide strategic, expedient, and efficient preparation of client deliverables that meet current local, regional, and ICH regulatory and technical requirements. Additionally, you will act as a liaison with internal and external clients in the provision and marketing of these services. Key Responsibilities • Participate in regulatory affairs activities, including preparation, submission, and maintenance of dossiers for pharmaceutical products, with emphasis on biological products. • Ensure compliance with national and international pharmaceutical regulations, including ANVISA requirements and global guidelines. • Act as the primary contact for regulatory authorities and certification bodies. • Oversee quality assurance processes, including audits, inspections, and corrective/preventive actions. • Develop, implement, and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance. • Support continuous improvement initiatives in quality systems. • Provides senior review of regulatory documents and submissions created within or outside of the company in order to ensure high quality standards that meet or exceed client expectations, local and regional requirements. • Acts as subject matter expert in providing regulatory strategy advice to internal and external clients on projects of moderate complexity. Provides internal clients with up-to-date legislation and guidance as it becomes available. • Participates in project management activities to support the provision of regulatory services, and acts as liaison with internal and external clients in the provision of marketing these services. • Provides matrix/project leadership, training and guidance to junior team members to support understanding of regulations, impact on study, assessment of risk, etc., and to achieve a specific goal and/or project deliverables. • May provide input on peformance reviews to management. • Ensures adherence to project budgets, time schedules, and scope of work. • Ensures compliance with relevant organizational and regulatory SOPs and WPDs. • Contributes to business development activities, including project budgeting/forecasting. Education and Experience Requirements: • Degree in Pharmacy (mandatory). • Active CRF registration (mandatory). • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance. In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role. • Proven experience with biological products. • Strong knowledge of Brazilian pharmaceutical regulations. • Liaising directly with management day-to-day and escalating defects • Supporting the design of the test strategy and approach on a project • Implementing the test plan to the test schedule • Producing test exit reports • Creating test scripts • Completing all types of IT testing including functional, performance, regression, supporting clients with UAT and system integration testing • Completing analysis where required on failures and logging all defects
• Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive QA Strategies focusing on automation. • Build and maintain scalable, efficient testing frameworks using Cypress and Playwright/Pest4 for front end and back end services • Triage bugs, define quality metrics and coverage, defects and update on release.
• Validate every NFC payment flow across diverse devices and OS versions, uncovering edge cases in network loss, transaction failures, and hardware interactions before they reach production • Own and evolve our mobile test environments, maintaining POS devices, device labs, and integrations to ensure reliable, repeatable testing for a distributed engineering team • Act as the voice of quality and end-user experience throughout the development lifecycle, bridging Product, Engineering, and Design to catch risks early and ensure features meet both functional and security requirements • Enhance our mobile testing practices across iOS and Android platforms, documenting processes, refining regression suites, and gradually transitioning repetitive tests toward automation
