• As a Lead Software Engineer (Full Stack), you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, documenting, and deploying software for our government client. • You will focus on high availability, low latency, and scalability to meet their requirements. • Collaboration is key, as you actively participate in elaborating and estimating user stories and work closely with cross-functional feature teams to ensure efficient operations. • In addition, you'll be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our Continuous Deployment pipelines and ensuring the operational stability of your team's services.

• Technical responsibility for our PHP-based backend systems and their continuous development • Hands-on development in backend, APIs and business logic • Evolution and restructuring of an existing PHP codebase • Design, development and optimization of API and service architectures • Ensuring performance, stability and maintainability of production systems • Defining and establishing coding standards as well as processes for testing and CI/CD • Close collaboration with Product and business units, particularly in the context of tax-specific business logic • Providing technical support to the development team and actively participating in architecture and implementation decisions

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of iOS and Android applications using React Native • Facilitate effective communication with client project stakeholders regarding project status and recommendations • Collaborate with backend, data, and QA teams to deliver robust, high-quality features aligned to clinical requirements • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level mobile engineers on the team • Drive performance optimization, accessibility, and reliability improvements across the BX mobile platform

• Collaborate with Machine Learning Engineers to build the ML training pipelines that process massive 3D datasets, orchestrate model training, and enable continuous model improvements. • Streamline the ML lifecycle, from data labeling and experimentation to deployment, by optimizing internal ML components and reducing technical debt. • Develop and maintain cloud-native systems and tooling (GCP/Kubernetes) that support Dandy’s 3D dental products in a secure, well-tested, and high-performing manner. • Write clean, maintainable code and tests that set the standard for our internal best practices. • Partner with stakeholders across the Engineering organization to influence long-term architectural goals and maintain a high-quality bar.
