• Partnership development: Identify, acquire, and grow strategic partners, particularly in the areas of tax advisory, financial services, and DATEV-related ecosystems. • Partner enablement & sales: Actively support our partners in marketing our solutions and jointly develop sales strategies to scale. • Consulting & process optimization: Analyze partners' existing structures and help to make processes more efficient and more digital. • Trainings & workshops: Conduct training on our products as well as sales topics (e.g., objection handling) and sustainably enable partners. • Performance & reporting: Track partner activities, derive actions, and work on building a scalable, automated commission model.

• Technical responsibility for our PHP-based backend systems and their continuous development • Hands-on development in backend, APIs and business logic • Refactoring and structuring an existing PHP codebase • Designing, developing and optimizing API and service architectures • Ensuring performance, stability and maintainability of production systems • Defining and establishing coding standards as well as testing and CI/CD processes • Close collaboration with Product and business units, particularly in the context of tax-specific business logic • Providing technical support to the development team and actively contributing to architectural and implementation decisions
