• Coordinate the setup, QA and maintenance of measurement integrations for our clients • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex operational or partner issues, driving resolution and root-cause analysis • Partner closely with Product and Engineering to support platform enhancements, troubleshooting, and new feature launches • Monitor performance metrics and operational KPIs to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities • Support onboarding and enablement for new partners, products, and platform capabilities • Establish and refine operational processes, documentation, and training to improve efficiency and consistency • Ensure adherence to data governance, compliance, and privacy standards across all operational activities
Job Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in Advertising Operations, Ad Tech, or Digital Media Operations
- Deep knowledge of programmatic advertising workflows, ad serving, measurement, and the AdTech/ MarTech ecosystem
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to identify root cause and determine path to resolution
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Commercial, and external partners
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Great teammate-leader with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish trust and credibility with partners and stakeholders and inspire effective collaboration across teams
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Role Description The Operations Manager – DDLC Support leads day-to-day delivery operations for DDLC task areas, ensuring consistent, high-quality execution across multiple workstreams and locations in alignment with client requirements and contract objectives.
