• Desenvolver e implementar soluções de **IA Agêntica**, utilizando arquiteturas baseadas em agentes inteligentes, sistemas multiagentes e modelos de linguagem avançados. • Projetar agentes autônomos capazes de: - Planejar e executar tarefas complexas; - Utilizar ferramentas externas (tool calling); - Consumir APIs e integrar diferentes sistemas corporativos; - Tomar decisões baseadas em contexto e objetivos definidos. • Construir assistentes inteligentes e agentes especializados para: - Utilização de diferentes estratégias de RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation). - Automação de processos; - Apoio à tomada de decisão; - Geração de insights e conteúdo; - Atendimento e interação conversacional. • Projetar e implementar pipelines avançados de GenAI incluindo: - Diferentes estratégias de **RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)**; - Integração com bases de conhecimento estruturadas e não estruturadas; - Estratégias de memória contextual e gerenciamento de histórico; - Uso de bases vetoriais e grafos de conhecimento. • Trabalhar com frameworks modernos para desenvolvimento de agentes inteligentes como: - LangChain; - LangGraph; - CrewAI; - AutoGen; - Semantic Kernel; - Outros frameworks emergentes. • Desenvolver e implementar práticas de **LLMOps/AgentOps**, incluindo: - Monitoramento; - Avaliação; - Observabilidade; - Versionamento; - Rastreabilidade; - Governança de modelos e agentes. • Prototipar aplicações em Python integradas a serviços de IA, automações e ecossistemas cloud. • Pesquisar e explorar novas arquiteturas, técnicas e tendências relacionadas à IA Agêntica e modelos multimodais. • Colaborar com cientistas de dados, engenheiros de dados, desenvolvedores e stakeholders em squads multidisciplinares. • Documentar soluções, padrões e aprendizados, contribuindo para a evolução técnica do time.

• Work with the Operations team to maintain, support, manage, and administer infrastructure environments and services in Cloud Computing. • Responsible for identifying and qualifying incidents/requests. • Communicate with the client, document in the ITSM tool, and perform internal escalation when necessary. • Analyze and handle requests based on existing KBs and/or knowledge. • Investigate and perform troubleshooting for various issues and document findings in the ITSM tool. • Create, update, and document technical procedures and best practices / contribute to the knowledge base. • Be proactive and efficient in resolving/closing tickets with a high level of quality and evidence. • Active participation in war rooms / crisis management. • Create, review, and execute scheduled changes (GMUD). • Participate in project handover meetings to operations/sustainment. • Open Problem tickets. • Create and maintain basic automations for day-to-day tasks, such as resource listings, backups, IP management, and others.

• Provision, migrate, and configure cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP, and OCI); • Configure backup, monitoring, and orchestration tools for cloud environments; • Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC), particularly Terraform; • Work with orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker; • Apply and promote a DevOps culture across projects; • Create, review, and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and best practices; • Explore and test new technologies that contribute to continuous improvement of delivered services; • Ensure activities are executed within project scope and schedule, providing technical support to clients throughout all project phases; • Produce clear and concise technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
