Commercial Operations Analyst
Cleerly
• Develop, maintain, and interpret reports and dashboards across Salesforce and Looker for multiple types of audiences including but not limited to: Board, Investors, C Suite. • Collect and synthesize data from multiple sources to tell a clear business story, identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities across the commercial business. • Partner with Commercial Operations leadership to provide data analysis and reporting to the Board of Directors, Investors, Executives and other stakeholders as needed. • Partner with leadership to define and track KPIs and metrics that measure commercial health, pipeline quality, and business performance. • Build and automate recurring performance reports and board-level metrics. • Serve as a data steward for Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and usability. • Support planning, forecasting, and compensation tracking through data validation, scenario modeling, and reporting. • Assist with pulling data for commission calculations and other sales related reporting. • Own functions with the sales commission calculation process. • Assist with other ad hoc Commercial Operations requests as necessary.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations.
- Strong Salesforce user skills (reporting, dashboards, opportunity management, pipeline analysis, Admin certification not required but strongly preferred)
- Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and business intelligence tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Proven ability to translate complex datasets into actionable strategic insights for internal and external stakeholders.
- Skilled at bridging the gap between technical data and non-technical partners to drive alignment.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Our ideal candidate has an understanding of SaaS and healthcare technology commercial models.
- Salesforce 201 Certification.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, forecasting, quota disbursement, and/or territory design.
- Forecasting experience a plus
